Is anyone following the case of the lady who died on the great barrier reef a couple of years ago "Honeymoon Murder"? I guess the guy pled and served time in Aus, and was brought to the states for a hearing here. His lawyer was on the TV the other day saying that the Australian police force botched the investigation and that the Australian legal system failed his client. I know I am very biased, but this really p'd me off. The arrogance of it.

That's what they're paid to do. The big question is, where's his proof that it was botched?

Last I heard is that he is scheduled for trial on Feb 13.

We watched it on Dateline or something a month or so ago. Like Matt, the dickhead needs to have some proof that the cops messed up..can't just sprout it was them, and I still had nothing to do with it.....he needs to be proving his version of it being an accident, that was highly unlikely based on the Dateline program
