Hi Everyone,
Thanks very much for the info last time I posted. Since then (way back in april/may) my fiance and I have graduated form uni and are in the USA job hunting. We decided to postpone the K1 visa due to the fact that she wouldn't be able to work right away. Instead my partner travelled over on a tourist visa and we have secured her a job offer. They are telling her though that it is going to cost them $6000 and may take until the beginning of May until she is able to work on an E3 visa.
We are about to contact them back and I've been perusing through visajourney.com but didn't know if anyone here had insight into any potential recent changes in the E3 visa processing. Everything they are telling us right now (granted without further clarification from them yet) seems waaaay off from what we researched (Cost about $400 for the visa, processing time 2-3 weeks in australia).
