It's difficult to make some of our favourite foods when we can't find the appropriate ingredients in the country we now live in. Many of the recipes on this page have been converted to reflect both American measurements, with substitute ingredients where applicable. There are also some recipes for Americans in Australia! Not only are there Australian recipes, but some American recipes which have become popular with Australian expats.
