Ingredients:
- 12 oz butter
- 12 oz plain flour
- 4 oz custard powder
- 4 oz icing sugar (powdered sugar)

Method:
- Cream butter and icing sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Use a biscuit bag (like you use for icing cakes) to make biscuits onto a greased tray OTHERWISE roll into balls and press the top down a little with a fork (or something similar for a decorative effect).
- Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes (depends on the oven) at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) Makes about 30
Iced Filling:
Mix some Icing sugar and lemon to taste and water making a stiff consistency. Place a teaspoon of icing on flat side of biscuit and put another on top and press lightly together to form a YO-YO.
