Ingredients:
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional, as my kids don't eat them)
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 onion, grated or finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 cups broccoli flowerettes
- egg for glazing
- sesame seeds

Method:
- Cut pastry sheets with large saucepan lid.
- Mix together ingredients, place on sheet of pastry leaving a border to moisten with water.
- Place other pastry circle on top. Firmly press edges together.
- Brush pastry with lightly beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Pierce top of pastry. Bake mod oven 40mins.
- Serve with favourite chutney or sauces.
- P.S. You can vary the ingredients by adding zucchini or cauliflower if you so desired!
