Ingredients:
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
- 1 bellpepper chopped
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 cans cream of corn
- 1 stick of butter
- 1-2 lbs of seasoned shrimp (small) (per lb. of shrimp)

Method:
- Cook butter, onions, bellpepper and garlic.
- When onions look glossy, add shrimp.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Add the rest of your ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serves 6-8 people.
