Shrimp Chowder - from Pam Lopez

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 1 bellpepper chopped
  • 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 cans cream of corn
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1-2 lbs of seasoned shrimp (small) (per lb. of shrimp)

Method:

  1. Cook butter, onions, bellpepper and garlic.
  2. When onions look glossy, add shrimp.
  3. Cook 15 minutes.
  4. Add the rest of your ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Serves 6-8 people.
