Rumballs - from Fiona

Ingredients:

  • 200gms of Milk Arrowroot biscuit crumbs
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 3 tblspns cocoa
  • 3 tblspns desiccated coconut
  • 3 tblspns rum (or whatever liquor you want)
  • Coconut for rolling (or chocolate sprinkles)

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl mixing until all moistened.
  2. Roll teaspoons of mixture into small balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
