Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup milk
Sauce Ingredients:
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 ¾ cups boiling water

Method:
- Sift flour, salt and cocoa, then add sugar. Stir in milk and butter. Pour into ovenproof dish.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over main mixture, then cover.
- Bake at least 40 minutes at 350 F. When serving, the sauce will be under the pudding mixture.
- Serve with cream or custard.
