Ingredients:
- 1 pkt Continental Salt reduced Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 x 425gm can creamed corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup sliced spring onions

Method:
- Place soup mix, water and corn in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add egg in a thin stream stirring continuously.
- Add shallots and reheat gently.
- Serve hot with damper bread.
- Serves 4
