Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup powdered milk (I use full cream milk, though skim milk should also be good)
- 1 ½ cups plain flour

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container. I generally will make up a bunch at a time and store it for use in making pancakes or cookies, etc
I have found that for great pancakes, mix one batch as above with an egg and about a cup of milk or water (may take a bit more or less liquid, depending on how thick you want the batter), and this will generally make about 12 pancakes.
