Ingredients:
- 2lb steak
- 2 teaspoons of curry paste (patak's)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of curry powder
- Large can of pineapple pieces
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Large Tomato
- 1/2 capsicum
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 dessertspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
- 2 beef stock cubes mixed with a little water
- salt & pepper to taste
- Sultanas & coconut to taste

Method:
- Chop onion, tomato, Capsicum & potato.
- Mix together well with all other ingedients and place in casserole dish with lid and cook at moderate heat for 2 hour or low heat for 5 to 6 hours. (I find long and low heat the best).
- This is just as good if eaten the next day as the curry gives better flavour. Bon apetit.
