Ingredients:
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 ½ - 2 pints Apricot Nectar
- 2 pkts. French Onion Soup
- Corn Starch
- Butter
- Cream

Method:
- Lightly flour chicken breasts and brown in butter. Place in baking dish.
- Soak up pan juices with a little flour and French Onion Soup.
- Slowly add Apricot Nectar until a good gravy consistency.
- Add about ¼ to ½ cup cream, and salt and pepper.
- Cook at 350 degrees until chicken is tender. (About 1 ½ hours)
- Serve over white rice.
