Apricot Chicken - from Rose
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 ½ - 2 pints Apricot Nectar
  • 2 pkts. French Onion Soup
  • Corn Starch
  • Butter
  • Cream
Method:
  1. Lightly flour chicken breasts and brown in butter. Place in baking dish.
  2. Soak up pan juices with a little flour and French Onion Soup.
  3. Slowly add Apricot Nectar until a good gravy consistency.
  4. Add about ¼ to ½ cup cream, and salt and pepper.
  5. Cook at 350 degrees until chicken is tender. (About 1 ½ hours)
  6. Serve over white rice.
