Visa Types

K1 & K2 Fiancee Visa

The K1 visa is a means by which U.S. Citizens can bring their foreign fiancees to the United States in order to get married. The K2 visa allows for unmarried children of the foreign fiancee to come to the United States too. The following links may be useful if you are considering a K1 or K2 visa.

K3 & K4 Spousal Visa

The K3 visa is a means by which U.S. Citizens can apply for an adjustment of status of non-immigrant spouses, while the spouse is residing in the United States. The K4 visa allows for unmarried children of the foreign spouse.

DCF Spousal Visa

DCF or Direct Consular Filing is the term for filing an Immediate Relative (spouse, child, parent) petition I-130 overseas, rather than through the US Service Center. The goal is Permanent Resident status.

Work Visas

Work visa information includes the H1B work visa, the E3 work visa specifically for Australians, and the F1 student visa.

Diversity Visa

The Diversity Visa, also known as the Greencard Lottery, is a "luck of the draw" visa, but has very few requirements compared to the return opportunities. And the odds are pretty good too.
