Step 1. Uploading Visit Pictures to ExPlat's Album

You can use the following link to access the Mates Album upload page. You are encouraged to upload your favorite picture of ExPlat's visit to the "Explat's Photo Journal" album, and add any comments you would concerning the visit.

Use the "Description" block under any pictures you upload to explain the context of the photo to the viewer.

Note: You are encouraged to upload multiple photos to display, but please limit them to the few best. You can upload one picture at a time or up to 4 photos at once using the form on the upload page.

Step 2: Confirm that you are finished hosting Explat. Get the next hosts address, or update the hosting list.

Fill in the form below and submit it. Use the details provided in your confirmation email.

During this process, you can choose to get the postal mailing address and an email address for the next host who will recieve ExPlat from you, in case you don't already have that information. An email will be sent to you with the same details. You are responsible for contacting the next host by email, (if you haven't already), and confirming their address and availability to host before sending ExPlat on to them. If you have already contacted the next host and made arrangements to send ExPlat on to his next destination, you can choose to change the online hosting list to show the new host.
